Why these don’t end up in a drawer

Most cheap stubby holders are thin foam with a surface print that cracks within a season. The Stubby Hut builds with 6mm neoprene and dye-sublimation printing bonded into the fabric, finished with a hand-stitched Mauser-tape seam. The result is washable and won’t crack, peel or fade.

6mm neoprene

Closed-cell wetsuit material — thicker than the 3–5mm most suppliers use. Keeps the drink cold and the cooler stiff, wash after wash.

A seam built to be the strongest part

Six interlocked threads spread the load across the full seam. Black Mauser tape wraps the outside edge and a cross-stitch locks each end. Non-slip shark-skin base. Optional overlocked edges.

Sublimation print

The ink bonds into the fabric — it can’t crack, peel or flake, because there’s nothing sitting on the surface to come off.
